Privacy Policy

Loop - One-Tap Endless Runner

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

Your privacy is our priority. Loop ("the App") is built with privacy at its core by design. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The only things Loop saves β€” your high scores, the game mode you last selected, and your settings β€” remain strictly on your device. Loop has no accounts, no sign-in, and no online features of any kind.

We do not:

The app is free of any tracker or form of data collection. We cannot use any of your data for testing or development.

No network access β€” not even to load the game: Loop's gameplay, graphics, and soundtrack are all bundled inside the App or generated live on your device. The App makes no network requests at all β€” no fonts, no ads, no analytics, no content downloads β€” and plays identically in airplane mode.

A note on Apple's own diagnostics: if you have opted in to "Share with App Developers" in your iPhone's Settings (Privacy & Security β†’ Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share anonymized crash reports and usage statistics about the App with us through App Store Connect. That is an Apple-level setting that you control, handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Loop itself contains no code that collects or sends anything, and you can turn this setting off at any time.

Children: Loop is suitable for players of all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either β€” there is nothing to consent to, disclose, or delete on a child's behalf.

2. Data Storage and Access

The only information Loop stores is your top-10 high scores for each game mode (Original, Easy(R), FTL, Purist, and Steady) β€” kept as plain numbers, with no names, dates, or identifiers attached β€” the game mode you last selected, so the App opens where you left off, and your settings: the display theme, sound, effects and music, haptics, whether first-time tips are on (and which ones you have already seen), and whether you dismissed the theme hint.

This information is stored locally in the App's own on-device storage, which iOS sandboxes from every other app. It contains nothing personal, and none of it is accessible to us or to anyone else. You are in full control of it.

3. Permissions

Loop does not request any device permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or any other personal data on your device, and it does not send notifications or ask to track you.

None of this is ever used to send data outside your device or for analytics.

4. Security

Loop has no accounts, passwords, or credentials of any kind β€” there is nothing to log in to, and therefore nothing to steal, leak, or reset. Because the App stores no personal information and never communicates over the network, there is no server-side data that could ever be breached.

Your high scores are protected by the same app sandbox that iOS applies to every app on your device: other apps cannot read them, and they are only as accessible as your device itself. Keeping your device locked and secure remains your responsibility.

5. Backups and Device Migration

Loop has no cloud save, sync, or account-based backup of its own; your scores live on the device you play on. Like any app's local data, they may be included in your device's own iCloud Backup or computer backup if you have one turned on. That backup is created, stored, and managed by Apple under your Apple Account β€” not by us β€” and Loop never transmits anything itself. Restoring such a backup onto a new device may bring your scores along with it.

You can delete your scores at any time from inside the game β€” the CLEAR button on the high-score list wipes the selected mode's top-10 after you confirm β€” or delete everything immediately and irreversibly by uninstalling the App. Because Loop does not collect or process personal data externally, there is no need to separately request access to or deletion of your data from us β€” we never had it.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If substantial changes are made, we will notify users through app updates.

Loop was built to be played, not to watch you play. Your privacy is and will remain one of the most important cornerstones of the game's philosophy.
