Effective Date: October 4, 2026
Welcome to Loop, a mobile arcade game in which you ride a glowing two-lane loop for as long as you can survive. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Loop app ("App"), provided by Timothé Ameline ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name Mars Interactive. Mars Interactive is not a registered legal entity, it is only a developer nickname.
By downloading, accessing, or using Loop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Loop is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have parental or guardian permission to use the App, and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising younger players — please read Section 4 in particular.
Loop provides a suite of features including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features, game modes, scoring rules, and difficulty at any time. Changes to scoring or balance may mean that scores set before an update are not directly comparable to scores set after it.
Please read this section before playing, and make sure any child who plays Loop has it explained to them.
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people with no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while playing. Loop features bright neon visuals on a dark background, continuously cycling colors, fast motion, and flashing, shattering, and glitching effects.
If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition or has ever had a seizure, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following: dizziness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, momentary loss of awareness, or any involuntary movement. Parents should watch for, or ask their children about, these symptoms — children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience them.
To reduce the risk: play in a well-lit room, hold your device at a comfortable distance from your eyes, avoid playing when you are tired or drowsy, and take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour. If your hands, wrists, or eyes become tired or sore while playing, stop and rest before playing again.
By using the App, you acknowledge this warning and accept responsibility for playing in accordance with it.
Loop does not require account creation or user registration. The only data the App stores — your high scores for each game mode, the game mode you last selected, and your settings — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. The App makes no network connections of any kind (see the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure).
High scores exist for your own enjoyment only: they have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not part of any online ranking. Loop has no cloud save, so clearing your scores, uninstalling the App, or losing or replacing your device will permanently delete them — unless they happen to be included in a device backup you made with Apple's own tools. We have no copy of your scores and no way to recover them.
All content, branding, and code associated with the App — including its game design, visuals, audio, and the Loop name and logo — is the property of Timothé Ameline and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of high scores or other game data, or any harm arising from playing without following the Health and Safety warning in Section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via app updates or notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Thank you for playing Loop! We sincerely hope it gives you plenty of "just one more run" moments — and that your next loop is your best one yet.
